I came to this work by way of personal healing followed by professional evolution. 

Psychology has fascinated me for as early as I can remember and inspired in me a lifelong curiosity to understand the beautiful complexity of being human.

I am a holistic therapist by profession, a parenting coach by passion and at heart, simply a human. 

My belief is that healing is a journey best taken with 

someone who understands and supports you every step of the way, and
